The process usually takes these steps:

1. Designing the Piece

First we discuss your ideas and/or my ideas to suit your requirements. For our first meeting there
is no cost involved. Subsequent meetings or work done do incur a fee.

I always provide sufficient drawings, material samples, a quotation and other documentation so that we both understand the piece well before it is made.

2. Making the Piece

On your approval I will commence making the piece. I do all the work myself – so you can be
confident that the piece is of the highest quality. You are welcome to visit my workshop at any time during the making process (many clients do visit regularly).

3. Delivery

Now you can enjoy it!
